Overview

Refund requests are reviewed based on program type, enrollment status, batch confirmation, class start date, partner institute involvement, and administrative processing.

Before Class Starts

If a learner requests cancellation before the class or training batch begins, the request may be reviewed for partial or full refund depending on the program rules and administrative costs.

After Class Starts

Once a class, batch, workshop, or training session has started, refund eligibility may become limited. Refunds may not be available for learners who have attended classes, received materials, accessed training content, or confirmed participation.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed courses or attended sessions
  • Missed classes due to learner absence
  • Digital materials or certificate processing already provided
  • False information submitted during enrollment
  • Payments made through unauthorized channels
  • Partner institute charges that are separately governed by partner rules
